Patrick has appeared in over one hundred productions, fifteen original London cast productions including: Blondel (Aldwych Theatre); William McCoy in Mutiny (Piccadilly Theatre); Brian Pankhurst in The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Savoy Theatre); Aspects of Love (Prince of Wales Theatre); Baker/Issacher in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (London Palladium); Fat Stan in The Iron Man (Young Vic Theatre); Tommy (Shaftesbury Theatre); Lord Aubrey Dymwit in Doctor Doolittle (Labatts Apollo); Florence Barbarao in Boorkskale (Players Theatre); Peanuts/Phillipe Claude in The Ultimate Man (Bridewell Theatre); Dick Turpin, The Apples of Youth, Alice (Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith).

Patrick has made numerous guest appearances on television and radio including: Thingummy Jig (STV); The Des O’Connor Show (Thames TV); The Royal Variety Performance 1993/1994 (BBC); The Laurence Olivier Awards (BBC); Miracles Take Longer (Thames TV); The Gentle Touch (LWT); Chalk (BBC); Songs From the Shows, Friday Night Is Music Night; Taking a Chanson; Herman in The Most Happy Feller; Nicely Nicely in Guys and Dolls; Jacey Squires in The Music Man (all for BBC Radio 2). Patrick has made two films: A Suitable Fitting in which he played the lead role Chris and recreating Issachar in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Most recently, Patrick played Christopher in Elegies; Herbie in Gyspy and was the first British actor to appear as Max Bialystock in The Producers (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane).
