LAURA DARKINS
SWING

Laura trained for her BA (hons) degree at Arts Educational Schools, London. Whilst at theatre school, Laura played the role of Flinda in The Wiz, was a featured singer in And the World Goes Round and also played a Bird Girl in Seussical—The Musical. Laura was a member of the National Youth Music Theatre for three years, playing Henrietta in The Dreaming (Guildford, Edinburgh) and Ensemble in Oklahoma! (Peacock Theatre, London). Recently she played the role of Hecate in Jehane Markham’s Hermes and Zorah in Gilbert and Sullivan’s Ruddigore, as part of the Charles Court Opera. During the pantomime season, Laura has played both Prince Charming and Dandini in Cinderella (Bath, Grimsby). Laura is delighted to be joining the cast of Cats, and would like to thank her family and friends for all their love and support. Also a big thank you to all at Arts Ed for all they have given her.
